2016 is the year of « Yuck and Yummy » platform launching. This concept is based on an audacious approach: the Food Daring.
Faithful to the innovation and dare research, La Folie Douce and G.H.MUMM explore new gastronomy fields.
The new concept « Yuck & Yummy » becomes an unexpected and unbelievable experience between Dishes and Champagnes choices.
At La Folie Douce Val d’Isère, the experience is complete thanks to its chef Franck Mischler who prepared the darest plates surrounded by an iconic Champagne, the Cordon Rouge. The experience takes place in the Europe’s highest wine cellar.
The Chef plays with spectacular ingredients and textures. He transforms slimy and bloody chicken liver in a delicious biscuit and a creamy emulsion.
Sometimes frightful, the chosen ingredients are certainly unexpected. With his dexterity, Franck Mischler dares bold limits and surprising
combinations... but you will love them for sure!
These creations will be on the "La Fruitière La Folie Douce Val d’Isère", "La Folie Douce Méribel Courchevel", "La Folie Douce Saint-Gervais Megève" and "La Folie Douce Alpe D’Huez’s" menus.
