A family property since 1936, Minuty wine is produced in the most virtuous way possible. They even won the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification in 2019 (HVE). Here, their family heritage is considered the source of expertise and elegance.
La Folie Douce's driver is authenticity that's why we only use quality products to share in our exceptional environment. With this in mind, Château Minuty was undeniably supposed to be on our menu, bringing with it its delicious 'parfums de Provence'.

ROSE ET OR
A nose very intense of citrus fruits and white flowers with a complex palate with an intense freshness and finesse which offers note of pink grapefruit and white peach.
Perfect to pair with aperitif, seafood, bouillabaisse, Asian food, exotic cuisine, strawberry salad with basil.
BLANC ET OR
A nose with sharp notes of passion fruit and a palate elegant and subtle. The fresh and lively taste is harmonious with a nice aromatic expression.
Perfect to pair with sea bass grilled with Pastis, barbequed prawns, duck fois-gras, Pissaladière.
Its nose is very intense with a beautiful complexity. Fineness of white fruit aromas (peach, melon, …) highlighted by iodine notes.
Its palate has a great depth with a mineral structure.
Perfect to pair with scallop risotto, roasted prawns, John Dory baked with fennel.
ROUGE ET OR
Its nose is complex with notes of spices, violet and black currant. The palate is delicate and silky. A crisp body, round and greedy, with well-blended tannins.
Perfect to pair with leg of lamb with garlic, prime rib, duck breast with figs.
