The Reversade's (La Folie Douce founders) and the Matton-Farnet family, behind the origin of Château Minuty, one of the greatest players in Côte de Provence wine production.
Let's shade our mountains with the subtle taste of the South of France!
A family property since 1936, Minuty wine is produced in the most virtuous way possible. They even won the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification in 2019 (HVE). Here, their family heritage is considered the source of expertise and elegance.
La Folie Douce's driver is authenticity that's why we only use quality products to share in our exceptional environment. With this in mind, Château Minuty was undeniably supposed to be on our menu, bringing with it its delicious 'parfums de Provence'.
