My name is Joris, I’m 25, and it is my first season at La Folie Douce. I am La Fruitière’s manager.
How do you meet La Folie Douce ?
It was completely unexpected for me to do a winter season at La Folie Douce. I have been in touch with Cedric, the director, and we immediately had a good feeling. And then everything started.

It is a big family, a very special and unique way to think; our way of working is very different. It is something very out of time. We’re doing something which nobody else is doing anywhere else.
