Jean-François Anton, Head Chef, La Folie Douce, Avoriaz
As passionate as he is determined, Jean François Anton, originally from the Toulouse region of France has taken the reins in the kitchen at La Folie Douce Avoriaz.

For him, cooking is more than a passion, it's a tale about family. He developed his taste for cooking while watching his grandmother at the stove, surrounded by flavours from the south and the Mediterranean.

Now firmly rooted in the area, Jean-François Anton's cuisine beats to a contemporary rhythm, combining tradition and modernity as well as generosity and respect for ingredients.In collaboration with Franck Mischler, who has been at the helm of the Folie Douce kitchen for more than 5 years, they have come together to create the new menu for our restaurant, La Fruitière.

Both La Fruitière and La Petite Cuisine are guaranteed to tantalise your tastebuds and offer a feast for your eyes and stomach!
